About Kathie Allen
I founded Allen Morris Investigations in Irvine, California, after more than 20 years in workplace investigations, employee relations, compliance, and administrative review. I am a Licensed California Private Investigator (PI #27033), a Certified Title IX Investigator, a Certified Mediator, and hold the SHRM-SCP designation.
My background includes service as a Whistleblower Compliance Officer at a major California university, where I investigated and managed matters involving retaliation, financial misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and related wrongdoing.
